Event Management simply means managing any event successfully. Qualification
In terms of educational qualifications, various Certificates/Diploma / Degrees/Post Graduate (Degrees/Diploma) in event management are available. Students possessing a Degree/ Post Graduation in Advertising or Public Relations or Business Administration are also preferred; as event management is an integral part of the services offered by many agencies.
There are institutes which offer Part time or weekend courses. Anyone who is good at planning, organizing, and visualizing can opt for the event management profession. Formal qualification would be an additional benefit to climb the success ladder in the present competitive market scenario.
