A renowned Career Counsellor with more than a decade of counseling experience. Swati Salunkhe holds a post-graduate degree in Guidance Psychology along with being an Associate trainer with 6 Seconds, USA for Emotional Intelligence, and also a qualified MBTI practitioner. She is a part of the SAAC Committee working in the field of School Accreditation and also was a part of the Education Committee of the Maharashtra Economic Development Council [MEDC].

Navshakti & Freepress Journal have felicitated her as a ‘Woman Achiever’ on the occasion of International Women’s Day 2014. She was also awarded as a ‘Woman Achiever’ by the Young Environmentalist Programme Trust in 2016.

The need for a place to offer vocational guidance, career information, and analysis, prompted her to start Growth Centre (I) Pvt. Ltd., offering services like Vocational Guidance, Personal Counselling, Counselling and coaching for Education Abroad, Conducting career seminars and workshops. Her vast experience and knowledge about careers have benefitted many students both in India as well as Abroad.

Swati Salunkhe has spearheaded many CSR projects about Vocational Guidance for many organizations. She has conducted various Career Forums for schools and colleges and helped thousands of students to realize their dreams. She has also conducted workshops on Employability Skills, Communication Skills, Personality Development, Time Management, Role Effectiveness, and so on.
