Swati Salunkhe holds a post-graduate degree in Guidance Psychology along with being an Associate trainer with 6 Seconds, USA for Emotional Intelligence, and also a qualified MBTI practitioner. She is a part of the SAAC Committee working in the field of School Accreditation and also was a part of the Education Committee of the Maharashtra Economic Development Council [MEDC].
Navshakti & Freepress Journal have felicitated her as a ‘Woman Achiever’ on the occasion of International Women’s Day 2014. She was also awarded as a ‘Woman Achiever’ by the Young Environmentalist Programme Trust in 2016.
